The name itself is hard enough and its cities are even worse. So we shall make it one big city state call "Hill".

State benefits should be a life stepping stone for those in living in need and learn life or getting over a difficult situation.  Anyone applying for benefits should be subjected to a drug screen and once they are accepted it should be a requirement that they get a GED if they don't have one and also continue education to get a degree (which could be offered free for 2 years) while looking for employment.  Benefits should be allowed with a maximum of 2 years.  Then the circumstances should be reviewed to continue benefits only because there are extenuating circumstances of disabilities, but that must be proven and being a drug addict or alcoholic is not one of them.  This will help to better society overall and motivate people to get off the couch and stop making excuses, no matter how many children they have. Section 8 HUD housing need better landlords as well.  Landlords that are running an establishment should be penalized for allowing the facility to have roaches and bed bugs. Make them clean it up and get rid of prostitutes and drug addicts in the best interest of the children living there!  If they don't want to better themselves, they don't deserve state help.  They are only taking advantage of the system.  Local city and county authorities should be enforcing the policy of responsibility.  I know people have a lower pay rate these days that makes it harder to survive, BUT they can do better if they have a motivation behind them.  I have known of people giving excuses, talking about how they know they can manipulate the system to get away with things, and just outright being too lazy to do something.  Make the policies stricter and enforce them to give us a better place to live.

In the wake of the terrorist attack in Paris, allow refugees, who are in fact victims of terror, to relocate to Arkansas. Whether the relocation is temporary or permanent, our country was founded on immigrants and refugees. It is our duty to serve our fellow man by allowing them the rights to the same freedoms we have by allowing them to relocate in our beautiful state. Help to persuade Governor Hutchinson to reconsider the allowance of relocation of Syrian refugees in Arkansas, and show him that Arkansans care for the Syrian peoples. 

It has come to the attention of the American people, that Dick Cheney, former vice president and war profiteer, is to be honored with a statue for his services.  This statue is to be erected at the Captitol Bldg.   When an overwhelming amount of voters feel that he is a war criminal and war profiteer and should be indicted for these crimes, a statue is hardly appropriate.

Below are some of the fraudulent acts that the manager of Eastview Apartments has done. Miesha Octavius has been seen under the influence of alcohol & drugsin the presence of the people she manages. Miesha Octavius forged names on the eviction notices of tenants she had personal problems with. Miesha Octavius bullies the tenants and intimidates them publicly.  Miesha Octavius buys pills and other drugs from her tenants. She has had a lot of sexual relationships with tenants and even moved one of her boyfriends in an apartment other people were on the waiting list to get. Then Miesha Octavius got lights turned on in a bogus name in that apartment. Some of the tenants are living in apartments and the power and other services are in other peoples names. Miesha Octavius fixes paperwork so her friends will qualify to get an apartment. I have witnessed her sign HUD documents dishonestly. I've witnessed her evict a tenant after she was told something by another tenant/friend.  The tenants in 603 building are allowed to get away with anything and break rules because she parties, drinks, and has had relationships with some or most of them.

The manager of Eastview ABUSES HER AUTHORITY, which makes it hard people to stand up for the right thing whenthey know she's wrong. Drinking, smoking weed, and other things happen right in the business office. Tenants can never catch her at the office because she comes in late and when she does come to work she spends most of her time in the 603 building. Tenant talk about reporting her but she threatens to evict them if they do. She has been evicting people unlawfully for the past year. She also advised us she has FELONIES, so that is something that also needs to be looked into because she has PAID a resident to beat up another resident and bought drugs and used EASTVIEW PURCHASE ACCOUNTS to buy things for her personal rental property. I have several other residents that will give statements against her conduct and VIOLATION of our FAIR housing RIGHTS!!!Now all that is needed are signatures on the petition agreeing to this HUGE VIOLATION and the MISUSE of her "authority."

We are asking the public Utility Commission and the Govenor's Office to hold public hearings on the oppresive requirments being imposed on people who choose to opt out of smart metering of their privte residences.

This man brutally robbed and murdered an innocent woman on February 16, 1988.  He stabbed her 12 times and she managed to crawl leaving a trail of blood to the bathroom to get away from him and he even tried to get in the bathroom to finish what he had started to ensure she was died.

He took our Mother, best friend, grandmother and great grandmother from us.  He has shown no remorse.

Since he has been incarserated he has not even bettered his education. 

We do not need any more murderers on our streets.

The Citizens of Indianapolis, Indiana want our government to know that we want the use of fluoride in our drinking water discontinued.

This bill is to support the regulation and or erradication of the ammunition makers in this country, so that these little instruments of death are not made in the future. Which, in turn will save countless number of lives. Especially in the Black and Hispanic communities where lives are not taken seriously, but just taken.

Should TSA officers be armed?

After the shooting death of a TSA officer at Los Angeles International Airport there is a strong call for armed class of TSA officers.

The mission of the Transportation Security Administration is screening screening passengers for weapons, bombs and other dangerous materials and its member don´t wear arms. Although the reaction on the fatal shooting is understandable, some experts warn against TSA arming. They reason that it wouldn´t have necessarily saved lives and that many people already see the TSA as a symbols of government overreach. Further they say it could cost billions of dollars and would require officers to undergo considerable training and if there will be a gunfight at a checkpoint in the future and civilians will be killed by friendly fire it will be a catastrophe for the TSA. Sign the petition if you want to show your opinion that this measure should not be adopted.

More stringent punishments for so called “Knockout game“
