More stringent punishments for so called “Knockout game“

Do you want speedy adoption of law introducing more stringent punishments not only for random attackers but also for those who watch and publish video of the attacks on the Internet?

As reported on foxnews.com: In several cities, including New York, Washington, D.C., St. Louis and Pittsburgh, teenagers have been participating in a "game" called "Knockout” – with sometimes lethal consequences. The object of the game is to deliver a single blow to an unsuspecting person's head – generally a stranger – that renders that person unconscious.

New York state legislator Jim Tedisco, proposed a law this week that would introduce more stringent punishments not only for random attackers but also for those who watch and publish video of the attacks on the Internet. Experts on youth criminality say that the most appropriate for these teenagers would be empathy exercising, such as working at a homeless shelter etc. Do you want speedy adoption of law introducing more stringent punishments and judicially ordered empathy exercising not only for random attackers but also for those who watch and publish video of the attacks on the Internet?
